The Institute for Systems Biology RepeatMasker Server Configuration

Overview
The RepeatMasker web services are implemented on a Beowulf Cluster of linux x64 based computers. In a typical Beowulf Cluster one node (computer) acts as a gateway to a set of dedicated compute nodes. In our case we have a webserver as the gateway to 4 dedicated compute nodes.
